Today is actually my second day on SCD. I don’t have crones or anything like that but I’m pretty sure that there is something wrong in my tummy area. It doesn't hurt to repair it even if its slightly broken.
As enthused as I am about the diet today was a very hectic day and by the time I had returned home I was dying of hunger and very tired. I didn't have the strength to actually make a full SCD legal dinner. As such I decided to make something quick and easy instead and came up with this mango banana raisin shake that turned out just delicious!!
If you want to try it, its really simple and takes minutes.
Ingredients
1 large mango (of your choice)
1 medium banana (with black spots)
half teaspoon of nutmeg
1 tablespoon of honey
1 cup SCD yogurt
Hand full of raisins (more or less its up to your preference)
Combine all ingredients together in a blender and blend to your hearts content for about 1 - 3 minutes then enjoy.
